Still looking for the perfect gift for the gardener in your family?
Danish Teak Classics of Minneapolis has received an enormous new shipment from Denmark with great new tables, chairs, lighting, and bookshelves. See the beautiful Scandinavian pieces at the Northrup King showroom from 12 to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 12 to 4 p.m. Sunday. They're closed on Monday and Tuesday, but appointments are welcome. Call 612-362-7870.
Last weekend began
Hygge
Just in case you’re not all shopped out after last week’s Black Friday—or if (like me) you’d rather have oral surgery than camp outside a big-box store all night waiting for the doors to open at 4 a.m.—this weekend promises a whole different variety of shopping experience. There’s a veritable bonanza coming up for shoppers in search of artisan and handmade wares instead of electronics and imported plastic toys.
"Home Dish" is the place Midwest Home readers can drop in to catch up on the Twin Cities' home and design scene—the news, events, and trends.
