Rows of CDs, DVDs, computers, and phones—that's probably what you think of when shopping Best Buy. But beginning this weekend, with the grand opening of a Richfield store, they're introducing "a better way to shop." Front and center are their new kitchen and home theater experience centers, which go hand in hand with other customer service and convenience improvements like new education and demonstration tools, on-the-floor digital registers, and additional digital displays that update as often as the products do.
