Correction

Midwest Home omitted credit to a contributing author of the “Common Questions” article in the Loft & Condo Living section in the February 2007 issue. Jason Sellars, director of marketing and advertising for Mendota Homes, Inc., provided answers to frequently asked questions about living in a condo versus a single-family home or town home; per square foot pricing; association documents and fees; and suggested questions potential buyers should ask. Midwest Home regrets this omission.
