Jackson MeadowVisit Jackson Meadow once, and you will never forget the landscape: a sea of prairie surrounding a cluster of handsome white homes designed by Minnesota architect David Salmela. This is a conservation community, set amidst a 300-acre sanctuary of natural beauty. More than three-quarters of the acreage has been protected forever under conservation easements, so residents may vacation in their backyards with six miles of hiking, biking, and ski trails. Jackson Meadow was designed to foster a sense of community, and the active homeowner’s association frequently plans social events. The neighborhood enjoys a setting in idyllic Marine on St. Croix near William O’Brien State Park.
