Now, the lovely 100-foot-deep backyard is the perfect setting for the covered terrace, patio, waterfall, swimming pool, and children’s playhouse. The main-level entertaining spaces flow smoothly from living and dining rooms to the gourmet kitchen and hearth room to outdoor amenities. A study off the living room and graceful owners’ suite round out this floor, while bedrooms for the homeowners’ teenaged daughter and college-aged son, each with its own bath, are on the lower level. The rest of the lower level is all about entertainment, with a stylish bar to serve guests enjoying the media/billiards room or the pool.
