Sylvestre Construction kitchen wins national Silver Award
Sylvestre Construction has been named a national Silver Award winner in the “Best Kitchen Design over $151,000” category in Professional Remodeler magazine’s sixth annual Best of the Best Design Awards competition. Lake Country Builders renovation earns bronze GreenStar certification
Lake Country Builders’ remodeling project at 4925 Newton Ave. S. in Minneapolis (photo) earned a bronze level certification for green remodeling from Minnesota GreenStar’s pilot remodeling program. Lake Country was among 30 industry leaders chosen to help launch the new program, which certifies and recognizes achievements in green building and is setting a new regional standard. Lake Country Builders is incorporating these standards in its specifications and is providing clients with the option to use green products. The company’s goal is to implement practices that are more energy, material, and water efficient and to provide healthy living spaces.
