OFFICIAL RULES: No purchase necessary. Entries must be recieved by November 18, 2012 at 5 p.m. Winner must be the homeowner of home containing the closet. Winner must be 18 years or older. Winner cannot be an employee of Greenspring Media Group or Closet Factory. Winner must be willing to allow Midwest Home to photograph the end closet for publication in Midwest Home and for Closet Factory’s promotional use. Closet must be dry walled and the ceiling, walls, and flooring in good condition. Value of prize package not to exceed $5,000. There will be no changes made to walls, ceiling, flooring, or light fixtures. Closet cannot be larger than 120 sq. feet. The house must be located within 50 miles of the Minneapolis Convention Center. Customer must be available to work with us during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday. Closet Factory will work with the Customer in the normal fashion to get final design and material approval.
