Cambria Holiday Kitchen Stage Featured Chefs

Jessica Bartl
Jessica has been a chef instructor at The International Culinary School at The Art Institutes International Minnesota for more than four years instructing students in the foundation skills of baking and pastry as well as more advanced plating and cake design. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Jessica’s career has included working at The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, New French Bakery, Minikahda Club and, for the past 15 years, owning a boutique cake shop, Jessica’s Cakes.

John Michael Lerma
John has authored two cookbooks: Garden County Cooking and Garden County Pie. He is a regular on KSTP-TV’s Twin Cities Live and a frequent guest on morning newscasts on KARE-TV, WCCO-TV’s and KMSP-TV FOX 9. John was featured on the Food Network special “All American Pie Championship” in 2006, baking his Vidalia Onion Pie. He also won a medal on the Food Network Challenge “The Great Pie Cook-Off” in 2007 and has appeared in three more Food Network specials.
