The Parade of Homes Spring PreviewSM arrives just in time to cure cabin fever. The Parade, February 28 to March 22, is presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. Entering its 61st year, the Parade invites you to tour more than 400 model homes representing an exceptional selection of new home construction throughout the Twin Cities metro area.

Before you head out to see the homes, get started with the Parade’s online “Tour Planner.” The Tour Planner allows you to view homes in advance of your visit and search using keywords. Save your favorites so you can be sure to visit them all. Don’t miss the two Dream Homes on the Spring Preview: Each may be toured for a $5 donation, with proceeds benefiting the Builders Outreach Foundation, the Parade’s charitable arm. Other 2009 Spring Preview highlights are a lifestyle categories mini-tour and seven homes certified for efficiency and sustainability by Minnesota GreenStar.
