Scherer Brothers Lumber Company has been supplying the finest quality building materials to Twin Cities homebuilders and remodelers for over 75 years. We have a custom cabinet shop producing wood cabinetry and custom-designed melamine closet systems.

We specialize in producing and installing quality cabinets and closets to meet our customers needs and schedule. Our trained professional installers only install cabinets and closet systems, and are the very best at their craft.


You may not know…

We build our own line of custom cabinets called “Essex” in our New Hope facility. They are made in Minnesota! Our closet systems are designed and built one at a time to fit the space exactly. Everything is made to order with a choice of 10 different colors, accessories, and unique hardware.
