New designer joins J. Roux Interior Design staff

> J. Roux Interior Design has announced the addition of Benjamin Odden to its design staff. Odden brings eight years of interior design experience to J. Roux. > Enjoy beautiful gardens and artwork during the 2007 Tangletown Gardens Garden and Art Tour. This self-guided tour is Saturday, July 28, rain or shine. Knight Construction Design named NARI National Contractor of the Year

> The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has named Knight Construction Design, Inc. as a 2007 National Contractor of the Year (COTY) in the “Residential Addition Under $100,000” category of its annual awards competition. The award was presented March 24 in Austin, Texas. Projects were judged for problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty. Authentic Construction wins three ROMAs

> Authentic Construction Co., Inc. was honored in April with three Remodeler of Merit Awards (ROMAs) for outstanding remodeling work. The company was a winner the following categories: “Additions 300-800 square feet,” for a “sunroom in the sky” entire second level added to a home; “Kitchens under 200 square feet,” for a new kitchen with a multi-tiered island; and in the “Special – Other” category for a custom child’s castle-style bed and loft. Lennar announced as region’s top builder in 2006

> Results from a recent survey by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) show that Lennar–Minneapolis/St. Paul was the region’s top builder in 2006. Rankings are based on annual gross revenues; Lennar reported $432 million in gross revenue with 1,189 housing units closed in 2006.
