Greg Narr, owner of Narr Construction, grew up learning the building business as a carpenter from his father, a master craftsman who started the company in 1956. Since 1991, Greg has been leading the company—building high-end homes mostly on infill lots or teardown sites.

“I approach each house as if it were my own home,” Narr says. “From a design and quality point of view, I visit each site every day. We focus on creating value in a home so that it reflects how people live.”

While Narr Construction builds many traditional-style homes, its core vision is to design homes that are timeless, with architectural integrity that doesn’t go in and out of style. Narr utilizes his design sensibilities and experience to create homes that people enjoy living in and using.

Incorporating a hands-on approach also sets Narr Construction apart. “We focus on finishing about four homes each year,” Narr says. “It’s not often that builders boast about the small number of homes they build. But focusing on a selective few homes allows me to be intricately involved in the construction of each home. Because of this, our quality is matched by some, but surpassed by no one.”
