“We are a design-build firm,” says JoLynn Johnson, president of CKC. “We are working with you from concept to completion. We get to know your project intimately.”

Crystal Kitchen Center’s showroom demonstrates an impressive array of room styles. Complete displays give customers an authentic sense of what such a space feels like in terms of size, spacing, and finishes. The kitchens on CKC’s menu of displays include everything from traditional to grand to rustic. A sophisticated, contemporary-style “loft kitchen” includes handicapped accessible features. And the outdoor kitchen can handle the extremes of Minnesota’s climate. Other displays include bathrooms, a laundry room, an entertainment center, and a wine cellar that holds 500 bottles of wine.

The team at CKC has talented and award-winning certified professional designers that bring extensive talent to the kitchen table. Each space the team creates is personalized to the home and its owners. “You are getting a kitchen that is as unique as your family,” JoLynn says. “It’s not the cookie-cutter kitchen that you see time and time again.”

CKC has become increasingly aware of green design practices and the use of renewable, recyclable products. The firm is also focusing on aging-in-place designs, so a home will be accessible to its owners as long as they live there.
