Fischerville Cabinet Co.’s showroom has the warm feeling of home. The showroom is within a historic 1920s building that once was Fischer’s General Store. It’s a place with character—one that feels familiar and comfortable.

Inside is a selection of custom and semi-custom cabinetry with displays to see, touch, and feel. “It’s important to be able to see and feel the cabinetry you are choosing,” says Katie Doyle of Fischerville Cabinet Co. All displays are adorned with granite or wood countertops, and Fischerville offers samples of other solid-surface countertops, hardware, glass, and accessories to assist with selections.

Fischerville owner Mike Doyle started as a cabinet maker in the 1970s. Over the years, his business transformed into a full-service residential remodeling firm, CNS Construction. CNS has always built the cabinetry for its projects. “In recent years, we decided to spin that portion of the business into Fischerville Cabinet Company and offer our product and services to other homeowners, builders, remodelers, and interior designers,” Katie explains. Each member of Fischerville’s design staff has more than five years experience and extensive knowledge of cabinetry and cabinetry design.

Because its sister company is award-winning CNS Construction, Fischerville has the capabilities to help homeowners with details beyond cabinetry and countertops if needed. “However, we are very much used to working with homeowners and other contractors just looking for cabinetry and cabinetry design services,” Katie says.

She recommends scheduling an appointment with one of the showroom’s design consultants to discuss the many options and possibilities with Fischerville’s cabinetry. Actual cabinetry design, layout, and selection is by appointment only.

“Our businesses, combined, are over 95 percent referral-based,” Katie says. “We truly believe in providing our customers with a great experience, superb craftsmanship, and exceptional service. It’s our mission to make sure that you get the cabinetry you’ve been dreaming of, and also to have fun along the way.”
