The 2008 IFDA lower level entertainment retreat space features a tech savvy theatre room, ambient seating area, curved island with adjoining wine cellar, powder room and gaming area.
• The theatre space designed by John Deering brings film to life. Our seating area reflects comfort with luxurious textures and materials, both upholstery and wood, giving a contemporary edge to this transitional space.
• Custom cabinets by Barrett’s Custom Woodworking feature walnut in a warm spice toned stain. The opposing curved bar has a truly unique black-over-cream crackle finish, a specialty applied by Artistic Finishes by Andreas.
• Hi-tech appliances from Warners’ Stellian add convenience and appeal. HanStone™ countertops in weathered gray and midnight blues calm the space and add an organic element. The adjoining wine cellar is accented with a beautiful cellar door designed and built by Woodmax.
• The powder room blends traditional plumbing fixtures provided by Toto; a glass vessel sink set atop quartz stone and a beautiful onyx tiled floor.
• The open gaming area features a custom designed walnut pool table accented with a charcoal felt top; stunningly beautiful, designed and built by Argosy Billiards.
