Discover Crossing
Enter Discover Crossing and you’ll feel miles away from the city. Nestled deep in a towering forest, this conservation neighborhood offers 28 heavily wooded home sites on 72 rolling acres. Half of this acreage has been placed into a Minnesota Land Trust conservation easement that will protect and preserve the land forever. Two miles of trails meander through the neighborhood woodland, around ponds, past an apple orchard, and under the beautiful stone Wizard’s Bridge. Home packages start at $1,000,000. Discover Crossing may have an “up north” feel, but the neighborhood is just south of Hwy. 36 in the highly ranked Stillwater school district. The Farms of Lake Elmo
The Farms of Lake Elmo honors the rural character of the landscape by preserving open space that will continue to be farmed, saving and relocating the original farmstead, and including windmills into the landscape. Paved trails connect to open spaces, fire rings, benches, a skating rink and pond overlooks. A restored granary serves as the community gathering space. The majority of the 30 home sites back up to the 2,200-acre Lake Elmo Park Reserve.
