Greenfield

Greenfield is predominately a rural landscape with controlled residential growth. Many of the residents are descendants from pioneer settlers in the late 1850s. They still carry on the “spirit of place, family, spiritual and stewardship values” that characterizes this area. Greenfield is located close to Lake Rebecca Park Reserve, Lake Sarah and the Crow River.

Medina

As a third-ring suburb, 20 minutes away from the metropolitan area, Medina is a rural community. Visitors and residents enjoy the breathtaking Wolsfeld Woods DNR Park: 221 acres of gently rolling hills, a variety of tree species (some 100 feet tall), woodland flowers, a walking trail, and Wolsfeld Lake. Minnetonka

Minnetonka comes from the Dakota words “great water,” in honor of 14,000-acre Lake Minnetonka. Found eight miles west of Minneapolis and 25 minutes away from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport, residents have balanced redevelopment with a citywide park renewal program to maintain existing green space. An extensive trail system offers 38 miles of interconnected trails throughout the city.
