“Some of the lots have views of Bearpath Golf Course,” Schwieters says. “Some of the units will have views of
Riley Lake.”

When it comes to maintenance, the homeowners’ association takes care of everything, including all exterior maintenance and lawn care, snow removal, sanitation, and insurance costs.
Lakeside offers another advantage—it’s not near any busy street, so it offers a quiet, peaceful setting. But it’s also close enough to the new Hwy. 312 to be convenient to the rest of Chanhassen, Eden Prairie and the southwestern metro area.
“It’s got good freeway access,” Schwieters says. “It’s a great location.”
